What a wonderful place, my dogs have been a number of times but this last time my Australian Shephard got groomed, Wow, he has been groomed lots in his 7 years and they did the best ever.

Our pup had a wonderful time at Paradise Pet Lodge. The staff keeps great notes on how your pet did during their stay which is super helpful with an elderly pet! highly recommend!

Excellent. I think we finally found the right place for our kitty. We boarded him for a week here and I can tell that he really liked it. Here is what they do right: the customer service is platinum. The people here know how important your business is. And plus they genuinely like animals. (I mean duh. But you would be surprised how hard it is to find good people who are patient with a parade of other people's pets. These people get it.) They also understand cat behavior and make sure to properly care for pets who are separated from their owners. The right amount of stimulation, love and attention. I really liked that they accommodated all our requests. And they let us into the condo for hellos and goodbyes with the kitty. I mean this is like mom-and-kid at kindergarten on the first day-kind-of-thing. The little kitty report card was cute. Ha. I'm proud to see our little guy got high marks. The best thing. The very best thing. Is how happy the kitty was. When we picked him up after a week long stay he was just easygoing and happy. The transition back home was easy and his constitution was perfect. As if we had never separated at all. Perfect. When we boarded him at other places it would take him a couple of days to transition back into an easy mood at home. We have used Paradise Pet Lodge to board our chihuahua/dachshund twice in the past two months.  We are new to the area, and were not looking forward to boarding her, as we previously had a trusted friend pet sit her.  The experience was great.  Lady is very attached to us, but according to her "report card" on both occasions she did remarkably well.  Will use Paradise Pet Lodge as needed in the future. I started boarding my senior dog here (he is 15 now) just a few years ago, and he had only stayed with friends and family prior. Paradise Pet Lodge came highly recommended by a friend and I'm glad I took their advice. I love that they have suites (though getting one available is challenging) and the Snack & Snuggle package with a morning smoothie is a cool way to spoil my dog while I am away. My dog has health complications and PPL takes good care of him and hes always in good spirits when I pick him up. I couldn’t love this place any more!!! They are so good to my baby girl (12.5 yo Goldendoodle), Maki! We have used them for over 5 years and always know she is in the best of hands and we love seeing the report cards upon pickup. Everyone is amazing. I can not say enough good things about Paradise Pet Lodge. I have never boarded my dogs before, I moved away from a fantastic pet sitter who I could never replace with my people reactive dog. The staff is over the top amazing. I feel my dogs are well taken care of and I get a report upon picking them up that gives me feedback about their visit. My dogs are challenging and I appreciate that I feel so comfortable dropping them off at Paradise. Nice to pick up a latte for the drive home at the onsite coffee shop! More...

Lovely staff. Clean facility and very large facility. Would caution to avoid busy times like lunch because picking up and dropping off can take awhile as there would be multiple customers. However, they don't rush and take their time. I'd prefer that to ensure the dogs are treated well. More...

Interaction with staff gives me confidence that my dogs are well cared for. They have grooming on site. My dogs always look in great shape both physically and mentally when I pick them up. I highly recommend.

Gosh, I love this place. I travel frequently and my dog boards here often. The staff love him and greet him by name, and clearly he knows them all too! The minute he figures out where he's going, my dog has a smile on his face and he is wagging. I notice too - he seems happy, not overly excited or that kind of frantic amped-up behavior that might look cute but actually signifies some anxiety or something. It's just like when he sees family - happy, excited to greet everyone, wagging tail and smiling face and off he goes without a glance back. It's obvious he loves and trusts the people who care for him there. On some of the packages, we get photos of him enjoying his time (swimming is terrific!) and he loves his massages too. The staff gives us detailed reports after every visit. Grooming too has been terrific - they've done a very good job and he is waiting for us at the agreed upon time. Once upon a time, before we found Paradise Pet Lodge, my dog boarded at another facility where he returned home smelling pretty bad after each visit and he and his stuff always required a bath. After each visit at Paradise Pet Lodge, not only does my dog smell just like his sweet, clean self as he does at home (unless he got a bath - then he's truly fluffy and adorable) - but his stuff has all been laundered and cleaned. I can tell they take really good care to keep kennel areas clean and fresh. Once he had a small medical issue while staying there (digestion issues) and I was notified promptly and they took my advice on what I'd like to try doing to resolve it. I've been 100% happy and delighted over the care he gets, and continue to bring him to his happy place when I need to go away for a bit. More...

They don’t discriminate! Our Basile, a rottweiler, has gone though a few “evaluation/assessment” from 3 pet boarding in Seattle and Burien but they won’t accept him even though he is so friendly and playful and sweet. We heard of Paradise from a friend and he didn’t even have to go for an “interview”, only introduction. He’s been going to Paradise Pet Lodge for 2 years, and each was a great experience. Love this place!!!  The staff is amazing, so friendly and dedicated. The facility is great, clean and bright. I have a cat and a dog who have both been boarded here, and they are always well cared for. My cats love the window boxes in the cattery, which is in a separate building around the corner from the main building where the dogs are, which is a nice touch so the cats don't have to listen to the inevitable barking that happens.  I have never had trouble getting a spot for non- holiday travel, and for holiday travel you just need to book early. They are a large facility and handle a lot of dogs. As our first time boarding here, our impression is that it is very well organized, and well run. Took good care of my girl for 12 days. Nice, clean facility that offers a wide range of services from walks to snacks & cuddle time. Very reasonably priced boarding fees too. She had a bath before pick up and smelled/looked great. It's hard to board our fur babies for vacations, but at least you know they'll be well loved at Paradise Pet Lodge! More...

Our dogs LOVE Paradise Pet Lodge! When they see us packing up their beds, they get very excited, because they know where they are going, and they love it! Our older dog loves to swim in the pool, and our younger dog loves the group play time. This a great spot to board your car or dog. Before deciding to board our pets here, we took a tour, and with me previously being a vet tech, i have a bit higher expectations and this place met them. The grounds are clean and taken care of, also the kennels and cat house were clean, with all the pets seeming comfortable and happy. Our dog is always happy when we first get here to drop her off and that's  definitely a good sign that she's well taken care of. Our cat is pretty timid and likes to hide, so the staff take extra steps to make sure she's comfortable, like covering the windows and making sure she has places to hide in while in her kitty condo. To be honest, pricing is on the higher side but it's definitely worth it for the peace of mind that our pets are well taken care of while we're gone. Highly recommend! More...
