Pappas Roofing recently replaced the roofs on a 350 unit property that I manage. The communication, work ethic, efficiency, cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service was excellent from beginning to end of contract. Bill, the owner was there every second of the way accommodating every request necessary and they completed the job in a quarter of the the expected time. Several months after Pappas repaired our roof, I found cracks in the ceiling in the upper bedroom. I called them and they came back and fixed it. Hi neighbors! I just wanted to put a shout out to Pappas Roofing 801 Ave. K, Plano, Texas. We has a leak last night during the storm so I called this morning and they came out and fixed the leak on the spot at no charge! We have never used them before but they were very professional and polite. They took pictures of the work they did on the roof showed them to me and assured me if I had any more difficulties with it they would be happy to come back out.
