Shawn did such a wonderful job. The session we did was in the hospital right after I had my 4th and last child. She came to. thw hospital and It was such a comfortable setting and allowed me and my other children as well as my husband to just be ourselves. We found Shawn through a quick search at google for a photographer that can accommodate our timeline on such a short notice because we need our baby's picture for her 1st yr B-day party. I just sent shawn a quick inquiry through email and she responds immediately to answer all my questions. She is very professional and patient with our little one and our 4 yr. old through the entire process. Our little one can't be still in one place but Shawn was patient enough to work with us and she was able to capture beautiful pictures. From our initial consultation, to the day of the shoot, to the final selection of photos, Shawn walked me through everything and made me feel at ease. Oh my goodness, you have no idea how lucky you will be to have her photograph your children! My first experience with her was when we did a mini session for Christmas, and I am so happy with the fun and beautiful photos she took ! Despite that our almost 3 year old son was not exactly in the mood for a photo shoot, Shawn was able to engage him, and get amazing shots. She also captured the playful spirit of our son in her photographs, which was the most important element of the photos for me.Last year She did a fun shoot at Harriman state park with my two boys ( 3 and 6 year olds) and they had such a great time. I would tell all my friends to have her take their amazing family pictures. Needless to say, we loved our pictures once they arrived. Priceless moments!! She is personable, fun and professional - giving you all info you need prior to the session, ease on the day of the shoot, and great communication all around. We find that getting to know our clients helps tremendously. We offer a consultation for you when you book. During the consultation we review your questionnaire and chat about all the details of your session from wardrobe to locations.

We will have you fill out a detailed client questionnaire when you book your session. This questionnaire helps us get to know you and your style preferences.
What do you love most about your job?
We love seeing our clients reactions when they get their images back and are absolutely thrilled with them. Being a part of your story and creating images that will be timeless heirlooms for you and your family is what we love most about being a photographer.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Shawn has been a photographer since she was 15 years old. She fell in love with this form of art early on. She has spent most of her life perfecting her craft and creating inspiring heartfelt images for her clients. Being a parent she understands how important these images are and how quickly our babies grow up. A photograph can freeze a moment in time and bring us right back to that beautiful memory of our time spent with loved ones.

We have a large carefully curated array of handmade props, maternity gowns and baby outfits. Shawn is patient, warm and fun loving. Her sessions are laidback and detailed. Her experience and eye for capturing emotive imagery shows in her work. We believe in quality over quantity, only taking in one client per day. We walk each client through our process from deciding on wardrobe choices to choosing their fine art pieces for their home. Each session is tailored to you and your style preference.
