I have used PamperPet for cat sitting once for a long weekend away, and I will be return customer! They responded promptly, came out to meet my cats with the owner and two sitters, and were all around wonderful! I felt we were in good hands right away, and the communication and care were outstanding. The sitters took extra care to establish a bond with our kitties, and the kitties were happy and relaxed upon our return. I appreciated the app and website, as well as being able to pay by credit card. So easy! The owner, Mary, was helpful with referrals to vets etc as we are new to the area. Our sitters, another Mary and Sharon were excellent, caring, and trustworthy. I look forward to using their services when ever we are away. Mary Scott (Pamper Pet) is hands down the best cat lover I ever hired to take care of beloved special cat Chase for the last couple of years of his life (so glad we found her).  Mary is completely reliable, and she took care of him while I was away as if he were her very own.  She even took care of him when he was very sick with kidney disease in the last year of his life.  Her billing practices were very prompt and accurate.  She left me daily written updates in my absence, and she sent me texts and photos of him daily.  He was always happier upon my arrival if she had taken care of him while I was gone.  She grew very fond of him.  She came over on the morning when I had to get ready to take him to the vet for euthanasia.  We both pampered and soothed him; she took some very treasured photos of me holding him; and we cried together.  This prepared me for when my significant other came to take me and Chase to the vet for the last time.  I am deeply grateful for all that she did so well to help him, to love him, and to help me. I can not say enough good things about PamperPet! I have scheduled services now twice, once during the holidays and once recently, both times my cats received excellent care! Mary is kind and wonderful, she worked with me to schedule service and Sharon has been our sitter both times. She is awesome, provides great care; when I arrive home my two kitties are perfect and happy! They even leave a written note of activities and happenings regarding the cats; I love to hear about how they were while I was away! I would highly recommend PamperPet, they will continue to be my go-to sitter in the Santa Barbara area! More...
