I love walking in to Pampered Pets and having the employees greet my dog as if he were their own! This is a well run business with excellent staff and services to care for our beloved pets.

The staff is extra friendly and I my Australian Cattle Dog loves going to get bathed. He always comes back smelling fresh and has never acted shy around any of the groomers. My dog had a great time at Pampered Pets! I greatly appreciated that they invited me to come in for an open tour without an appointment. I have found that most doggy daycare and boarding facilities don’t do that. To me this lets me know that they are on top of their daily duties and are running their facility as they should. The staff were very professional over the phone and in person and everything was incredibly clean. They even said that I could call and check on my dog to get an update on how he is doing. My dog loves Pampered Pets Inn. He is always so excited to get out of the car to go in. I view this as a good sign. From my standpoint the staff is always helpful and pleasant. They always check my dog’s record upon reservations...this lets me know they are mindful of every animal that comes in...making sure they are up to date on vaccinations, double checking for any specifics that may need addressed. I love this place! I feel so at peace when I'm traveling and I know my puppy has so much fun at doggy day care. The staff is very attentive and sweet. Take a tour to get familiarized with the facility. My dog is always so happy after a long day of pampering and play. They do an assessment to see who would best matches for playmates. We took our dog Bailey to Pampered Pets Inn for a 10 day training session. The whole staff was very kind and very knowledgeable on how to best address Bailey's needs. Took fabulous care of our dog last minute when 3 days before spring vacation he had to have emergency surgery. Our normal planned house sitter was not prepared to handle a dog just home from the vets with meds, a cone & very specific daily instructions so we called Pampered Pets. Luckily they had an opening & were extremely understanding & followed all our specific requests so we could still partake in our long awaited vacation. He was able to rest & recuperate under their watchful eyes with individualized calm snuggle times and potty breaks. We even received Easter photos of our healthy boy. Wonderful from the first phone ☎️ encounter to pick up of our sweet girl. The front staff are beyond words...kind, considerate, thorough, compassionate about taking care of your love . ..your little pet. They describe the features of their establishment down to the tee. Such detail and caring goes into how they express how your sweet loving pet will be cared for such as their play time, rest time etc. We felt at complete peace having our girl stay here. At pick up she was just from her time at the spa ( ask about this feature/ opportunity) and she was so excited to see us. They gave Us her report her which was precious and many updates on her week. We have been either traveling with our pet or leaving him at our vet clinic which is a great place but there is little interaction with other dogs. In the past we had tried Pampered Pets but found it out of our way. This new Pampered Pets Inn seems to be so peaceful and happy at the same time! The reception staff is friendly and professional and willing to explain and answer any questions. All the 'drama' coming out of the bath area sounded so cute!! Our pup also seems to have had a great time. His luxury bath feels wonderful! It is so hard to find a place you can trust...Its not that you want extreme luxury for your pet but just comfort and kind treatment while you are away.
