My second home! Kristen is an absolute joy and created a studio that is very inviting and relaxing with such a beautiful energy. I have arthritis in my ankle and both Kristen and Stacie have taken the time to listen and modify stretches to help build muscle in my ankle that has greatly effected my everyday life. I bought a package of 5 classes to try over the course of a month when I was on vacation from work over the summer. I couldn't have been more thrilled with my experience. I have taken some yoga classes at gyms before over the years and never felt comfortable as everyone knew all the moves by name and I was a novice. My experience with all the different classes I took with Kirsten was wonderful! She taught arial yoga to people from all different skill levels seamlessly. Kirsten had us upside down and hanging by only our hips or shoulders and a piece of fabric with confidence thanks to her guidance. It was enjoyable to be in yoga class with an instructor around my age. I enjoyed being around other people in class from various ages and yoga skills. I felt comfortable to try different yoga courses over the month and enjoyed them all. The location, hours and being able to sign up for classes online make this the only place I want to go for yoga in Palm Beach Gardens. More...

I want to start by mentioning the kindest, most authentic yogi, Chris Eliades, who teaches gentle yoga Wednesday and Friday mornings. He cares for his practitioners with gentleness and authority. You will not find better. And yin with Heather feels like melting with ease into the floor, even below the floor to the earth itself on Tuesday morning. Thursday morning is a complete treat with Kristen leading an aerial restorative class. This is like luxuriating in stretches while being completely and lovingly supported. Must be tried. Then there is flying! I fly level two on Saturday. The earned confidence and the childlike joy are almost overwhelming. This is my week. Both my daughter and I LOVE this place! I started coming to help with my lower back injury (it has helped immensely!), and then my 9 year old daughter started taking the kid's class to help with her gymnastics. Although I wouldn't call myself a "yogi" quote yet, Palm Beach Athletic Wear and Yoga is certainly helping me get there. In the past, I've always shied away from yoga classes, even buying classes and then being too intimidated to actually attend. This studio makes yoga fun, inviting and accessible to everyone! You never feel uncomfortable in a class, even when you're trying something new, and their awesome selection means you never get bored. Aerial yoga will make you feel like a kid again!!! All the teachers here are top notch, with so much enthusiasm and knowledge. I go to Rishi for his superior alignment and sequencing in his "Gentle Yoga" class, to Madison for mixing fun with a real work out in "AntiGravity level II", and Kristen, Amanda and Chris for AntiGravity "FUNdamentals level I."
