Pacific edge construction

I was having a terrible time finding a contractor to handle my foundation and framing, and ended up just cold-calling any number I could find.  As luck would have it, Eamon from Greacon was one of the few guys who called me back.  He was the most professional and straight-talking guy I dealt with.I know a little bit about construction, and we sat down and estimated 16 weeks as a best-case, pie-in-the-sky, "no problems" scenario to get this work done; both of us agreeing that with the weather and holidays in the middle of it that it would probably take more like 20 weeks.  Today he finished up that work after 12 weeks.The inspectors love him (and weren't afraid to tell me so), his guys do quality work, and there's no BS.  And he saved me some money with a few of the curve balls we had to deal with (El Nino and some old foundation troubles we uncovered).I cannot recommend this company enough.
