We had a complex project, but Ed handled everything we needed from start to finish. He prepared all the drawings and plans we needed quickly and was flexible with all the modifications that were needed while also readily available for advice and questions. He made all the visits to the city and worked diligently until we had stamped/approved permits. As challenging as it is for a newbie in the permitting process, Ed was great to work with and made the process relatively painless.
