The food was amazing even though it was a fusion I hadn’t heard or tried before. My friends aren’t as outgoing as I am with their flavor profiles, but this was one dining experience in which all of them UNANIMOUSLY loved going out of their comfort zone for this food…and they’ve been regulars ever since!!

Creating the perfect menu for my clients starts with the intention I put into preparing each ingredient. To start with honesty and organic ingredients makes the perfect base in which clients can feel how nourishing their food is, rather than just how delicious it is.
After communicating my clients' preferences and dietary needs, I then suggest which dish they would best appreciate and cook and plate the final menu to their liking.

I love that I can have an honest reaction to my food directly from my clients — good or bad. Every client is different, and if I can provide a good experience, it's an honor each time, and if the experience is less than amazing, it's a learning experience that all rides on how well I can display my expertise.

I was not always a chef, I actually used to be a professional tennis player and TV host in my home country of Argentina. I decided to make the change because growing my own ingredients and cooking them for my family showed me how I can make a career out of serving others instead of myself.
Now, when I serve my clients I am constantly reminded that I am creating a form of art that is bigger than myself and requires servitude towards others in my community.

Clients should know that my style of cooking is unlike anything else in LA: the blend of South American and Japanese ingredients provide a fresh taste that makes this menu one-of-a-kind, yet fitting for California cuisine.
Additionally, the whole menu is made with organic ingredients, so clients can be assured that whatever they order is healthy AND delicious.

I can provide my services at your preferred location if you would like me to cook at a specific venue or location, as long as it's agreed upon beforehand so I know what tools and equipment I will be working with.

I am vaccinated as well as any and all employees, and routinely get tested to be sure I am not sharing any germs with my clients
