My wife and I love Orig Media!  Just upon the first meeting with Jeff we knew we found our wedding videographer.  We felt an immediate connection, as if we have been friends for years.  Jeff kept us in contact and reassured us that we were not forgotten about.  He was always kind and would spot us in crowds just to say hello and see how our planning was going. On our wedding day Jeff and his team were amazing, professional, prompt, and everything we had hoped for.  We never once had to worry about them or their presence.  Our guests and the hotel staff kept telling us how they barely noticed the film crew.  Even though Jeff's prices were just right for our small budget, he still offered to stay longer just so he could capture our first dance.  Now that is hospitality and great business! Our wedding video and footage was finished must faster than we were anticipating. The wedding video made my wife and I cry because of how beautiful Jeff and team made it. We hired Jeff and his team for our wedding and they were AMAZING!!! From our first meeting with Jeff we knew this was the company we were going to go with.  He showed such passion in his work, his business and his team and he made us feel like family, not just another "job".  On the day of, there were at the hotel early which was greatly appreciated because no bride wants to be running late on her wedding day.  A few days after the wedding we were reminiscing about the day and I remember saying "Hey, I don't even remember seeing the videographers there."  They were so unobtrusive that I didn't even notice them there.  Our wedding video was more than we expected...we loved it!  If you are looking for a wedding videographer (or any other video services, because they do A LOT of other stuff), Jeff and his team are the ones to go with!  You will not be disappointed! Orig Media was amazing!! Jeff and his team did our wedding video and I couldn't have asked for a better product.  The team was  timely and professional! Working with Jeff and his crew was wonderful! When we first met Jeff at our consult meeting, he was very professional and we knew in an instant that he was going to be our videographer. When we first met we told him the theme of our wedding and you could see the gears starting to turn in his head of how he would bring our vision to life. Orig Media staff was always very prompt with corresponding to any questions we had up until the day of the wedding. Jeff and his crew arrived on time, dressed professionally, and it was as if they were never there.

When we received our draft copy of our highlight video, we fell in love. It was exactly what we had hoped it would be and then some. We will surely treasure being able to look back on these memories and be able to remember every moment. Once we approved the film, we received our copy within a week in the mail.

We would highly suggest if your budget allows, to have video on the big day. The day of the wedding is a complete blur and it will be over before you know it. We love the fact that we're able to rewatch our wedding ceremony, reception and highlight film. Jeff and his team were the very first vendors my wife and I picked out.  Even before we had set a date and a venue, we knew we wanted Orig Media to do our video.  We had Jeff do a video invite for us as well as day of videography.We couldn't have possibly been happier with the service.  Jeff and team are very quick to respond, very friendly and easy to get along with.  It was never like working with someone as much as it was collaborating on a fun project with friends.I'm sure if Orig Media offered photography services as well we would have gladly hired them for that portion as well. I made a last minute decision to add a photobooth to my wedding, best decision ever! I chose Orig media because of their stellar reviews online. Jeff and Larissa from OrigMedia were very responsive to my emails, they let me know everything that was required (I needed to provide a few things for the photobooth like table/chairs) and were veryyyy helpful to all of my questions. The photos were printed in high quality and I decided to get the scrapbook which was a great substitute for a guest book. Larissa was a great attendant and my guests loved having pictures to take home with them. They also upload all of the pictures to FB and then send you a CD with the pictures on it, ummm awesome :) I would highly recommend them for the photobooth! More...

Our wedding planner originally recommended another company, but when I was going through the list of videographers, OrigMedia's videos caught my eye. Their work seemed more original and interesting. We chose a plan with 8 hours filming and a highlights video. Jeff and the team were really fun to have around during the Big Day. They were there and yet they were not in anyone's way. We got three people to film our wedding, so not a single angle was missed.

Highlight video made my whole family cry, the ones who made it to the wedding and the ones who didn't. The actual video is great, very entertaining and great quality. If I have to be picky and say one thing - I wish our video ended with a fadeout...it just was an abrupt end.

If I had a choice to re-do anything, I would go back and agree to having the second videographer (we opted out to save money), not because we felt it was needed but because they were worth every dollar! I can't express how impressed we were with this team and it was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding!

Jeff, Christine and the whole team at Orig Media completely blew our minds! We hadn't originally budgeted for videography, but they were able to customise something to suit our budget. They absolutely exceeded our expectations when it came to service and delivery. They were very responsive to emails and very keen to help us.

Due to some mishaps with everyone arriving late to the venue, we had lost a bit of precious filming time, but Jeff stayed to make sure he got everything he needed. They were kind enough to also let us have all the raw footage after the wedding (we provided a portable hard drive).

Just over a week after the wedding, we received the first edit. We weren't expecting such a quick turnaround. We emailed back the changes and another week went by and the second edit came through - we were absolutely thrilled with the results! More...

Book them. Just do it. We didn't think we were going to hire a videographer for our wedding but you only get married once, right (hopefully)? All I can say is wow!! Jeff and his crew completely blew us away with our wedding video. We had been going back and forth about doing a video but after seeing another friends video decided to go for it and so happy we did. They did a great job of capturing the highlights of the day. Why 5 stars? Because this was everything we could have wanted for our wedding video.   ---   ---   ---We debated using a video company to capture our wedding, but toward the end of the planning phase, we decided to bite the bullet and splurge for it. We're very happy that we did because the video turned out to be absolutely perfect. At first, they sent us a bit of a teaser with some top highlights, and we just asked for one minor change. They quickly made that change, sent us the updated version and then created the full-length video. They sent us the finished product on a flash drive, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The quality is great, and the price was very fair. We hired Orig Media for our wedding on December 10, 2016. They were awesome. We are people who really are uncomfortable with photos and videos but still wanted a nice recorded memory of our day. Especially since we had a destination wedding and not everyone was able to attend. They did such an amazing job. We never felt awkward like there were cameras in our face at all times. They did an amazing job at staying in the back ground and still getting the shots. Our highlight video was so perfect it truly captured the tone of our wedding and reception. Many people said it was the best they had ever seen and were brought to tears. They didn't have the exact package we were looking for on their website but we contacted them and they were able to customize something for us. We received our video about a month after our wedding, which is really good considering it was right around major holidays.  They were extremely kind and professional from beginning to end. This is a late review from last year when Jeff covered my son's 1st birthday at the zoo. We hired Nick Pugay as our photographer and he referred me to Jeff for videography. Jeff was very responsive and easy to work with. He was unobtrusive compared to other videographers I've hired. He and the photographer worked harmoniously and they captured all the right moments. I forgot he was even there most of the time. I'm from Hawaii but live on the mainland now so finding the best professionals to work with and coordinating this long distance can be stressful. Working with Jeff was sooo easy. He did excellent work at a fair price and stayed much longer than I expected--even after I told him he could go a couple times because the party thinned out--but was happy he stayed. Tip for people planning a wedding...If you can, videography is something that is priceless and you will never regret. Next, choose Orig Media! !After doing some research, of the videographers out there, we felt that Orig Media shared our same passion, quirkiness, and openness to doing anything. Jeff was so approachable and easy to work with, it never felt like he was just a vendor, he really felt like an old friend. It was so refreshing during the wedding process. The team also went above and beyond to film a stop/motion segment for our video. They also were able to incorporate my own vocals seamlessly as part of the song in the video. We wanted our wedding video to be unique and express "us" and they completely hit it on the mark! They can capture emotional, traditional and quirky, epic drone shots, close up, action all in one. You could also tell that the members of the team were genuinely having fun on wedding day.  In addition, they were professional, calm and so efficient. They captured the day in motion beautifully for us. This comes across in the quality of the finished product which exceeded all of our expectations. During the planning meetings, Jeff shared our enthusiasm and patiently listened as we worked through our ideas and inspiration. Jeff and his team were awesome! We engaged their video services for our wedding. They were at our walkthrough/rehearsal and we had a short chat about what we had planned for the wedding itself. They showed up at the wedding and were extremely professional. We didn't notice them most of the time either!We were most thrilled to get our highlight video, which was beyond spectacular. We were ho humming about getting a videographer since the wedding exceeded our original budget and we figured maybe just a photog would be fine, but we are SOOOOOO glad we had Jeff and his team, as the video was amazing. Orig Media was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process, and we couldn't be happier with the beautiful highlight video we just received, less than 3 short weeks after tying the knot.   First and foremost- our video is nothing short of AMAZING.  Hands down the best wedding video we've ever seen.  OK, we may be a bit biased, but every person we have shown it to (family, friends, and hundreds of people on facebook) has resoundingly agreed.  This video captured every emotion from our wedding and made us feel it all over again.  It was like re-living the day; simply incredible!  It moved many people to tears- seriously!  Everything about the video was perfection- the quality, the editing, the effects, the timing to the music.  To top it all off, Jeff and his team were so friendly and nice to work with.  They were professional and on time.  They showed up and got right to work filming- didn't waste any time.  They came with a team of 3 people, and were thus able to capture every important moment.  What impressed upon us the most was during our first meeting with the Orig Team- when Jeff stated that they take on less clients than most other wedding videographers, so that they can really focus on the client and produce a one-of-a-kind video, and that is exactly what they have done with ours.  We are so thankful to the Orig Media team for documenting this momentous occasion for us, so that we can relive it whenever we want :). Planning a wedding from Las Vegas, over the phone, left us with uncertainties.  My wife and I flew out months before my daughters wedding and met with various vendors for the wedding, including Jeff. We had our wedding at Ko Olina on 19th Nov 2014 and was recommended to use Orig Media as our videographers by our wedding planner - it was a great recommendation! As we are based in the UK, we spoke to Jeff on Skype and were immediately put at ease right away by his professionalism and we knew we were in a safe pair of hands. Jeff and the entire Orig Media crew was incredible and did an outstanding job shooting our wedding video in late August 2014 in the Kahala Resort. The team listened to our thoughts and ideas very carefully and worked closely with us every step of the way from the initial consultation to the final product.They are consistently professional, friendly and discrete. Most impressively, they are very patient with us as we have very high bar for the quality and creative designs. They did exceed our expectations at all aspects. They know how to find the best angle, and lighting to shoot the most creative moments. They are not deliberate, but always know to capture the right moments of feeling. During the process of making our highlight video, Jeff and team spent a lot of time with us on the conference calls, listening to what matters to us and why. Since we have Chinese guest speakers in the video, Orig Media team was great in figuring out their speeches and making the best cut of the sections. When we told them that we wanted a different beginning and ending of the video, they went back and made couple of attempts until my wife and I really love it. I booked Orig Media for my wedding photography in October. After looking around at other photographers in Hawaii, I felt Orig Media fit what I was looking for and what my price point was. I'm sure glad I picked them! It was the best decision I made! Jeff was AWESOME! No words can explain how happy I am with my wedding photos, and working with him. All of my photos came out great and was above and beyond what I expected. My wedding was a destination wedding and I had talked to Jeff over google hangout to discuss what I would want for my wedding. He was really great at listening to have I wanted and giving me suggestions. I hoped he would be my photographer (At the time it was too early to till who would be shooting my wedding) But when I found out he would be shooting my wedding I was so happy! I felt we both had a great connection. My biggest thing I wanted for my wedding was that my dog was going to be in it and I wanted a photographer that was comfortable with him. Jeff was comfortable and got amazing photos of him. He got a great one of my dog, my husband and me - and we are all looking! He did a great job dealing with him and being very patient. On the day of the wedding Jeff and his assistant Kelsie both came on time and both were great at what they did! I didn't notice how much pictures they were taking until I saw after the wedding. I was blown away! They were great too. Jeff was great at getting some of the kids to smile in the pictures and dealing with the big families. He even had some surprises up his shelve as he suggested to us to make a heart with a light at the end of the night so it would show up in the pictures around me and my husband. The pictures I received after the wedding were AMAZING. The editing on them were great and I loved the ones they chose for the black and whites and pops of color. My prints that I received that was apart of my package were of great quality, and came in a frame! Orig Media was amazing to work with! We used their videography services and photo booth for our wedding. From the initial consultation to their final product Jeff and his crew were very professional, friendly and discrete at doing their job. The photo booth was a huge hit! It was super fun for our guest and we got to keep great memories from our special day. The actual booth is big enough to fit up to 5-6 adults and easy to use. They have more than enough colorful and fun props to pick from. The photos are pretty good quality and quick to print out. The best part of all, like I mentioned before, you have all of the cool pictures at the end! The videographers did a fabulous job! We just received the highlights of our wedding and we absolutely love the video. These guys included all of the little details that we worked so hard on picking for our day.  My husband and I didn't get to see many events the day of our wedding because of the craziness. Well, now thanks to Orig Media we get to see it all over and over from the comfort of our house. The video is great quality and so professional and the music worked perfect with the whole event. I booked Orig Media to film our wedding ceremony only a few days prior to leaving Australia, heading to Hawaii for our destination wedding. We had originally decided not to film our wedding, but then realised it was something family who were not attending really wanted to see. Both Larissa and Jeff were incredibly prompt with responding to my queries, and I was so relieved that at such short notice they were reliable and easy to communicate with. Our video was available online less than 2 weeks after our wedding, and even after that they were happy to amend the music used in the background at my request, and our dvds arrived in the post within the month. We had the photo booth at our wedding and all I can is that is was a hit. Everyone loved it, took tons of pictures and the props had lots of variety. Jeff and Larissa from OrigMedia were very responsive to my emails, they let me know everything that was required (I needed to provide a few things for the photobooth like table/chairs) and were veryyyy helpful to all of my questions.The photos were printed in high quality and I decided to get the scrapbook which was a great substitute for a guest book. Larissa was a great attendant and my guests loved having pictures to take home with them. So, so, SO happy that we hired Orig Media to create our wedding video.3 weeks before our wedding, I decided that we need a wedding video, and that I'd kick myself for not getting one. It was something I'd talked myself out of from a cost standpoint....until I saw my friend's video and the beautiful memories captured.Some frantic Googling ensued, resulting in some painfully cheesy video options (twirling on the beach in slow motion, awkward adoring looks, etc) and some so-so options as well. We talked to one other vendor that made us feel a bit uncomfortable and pushed...and then we got on the phone with Orig Media.They made us comfortable from the first conversation. We had some members of the family that weren't thrilled with the idea of being filmed - Orig put them at ease.On our wedding day, Mike and Jeff showed up either on time or a bit early, which was awesome, and for the rest of the day, proceeded to have a ton of fun with us while simultaneously disappearing into the background. I barely noticed that they were there.Mike went with my husband and his friends on a paddleboarding adventure, while Jeff hung out with the ladies getting their hair and makeup done. From start to finish, they were just fantastic.So now I can say this - being filmed is not awkward if the videographers are experts, super light and quick on their feet, and you barely notice their presence.Our final video was delivered quickly, well within the promised time frame, and we also received our discs with a cute "Aloha" message written on the box.We love our video and are proud to share it with loved ones. Orig Media was, quite possibly, the best decision we made for our entire wedding. Jeff, Mike, and the rest of the team truly blew us away. We have to admit, we were a bit apprehensive at first. We had watched dozens of wedding videos and researched numerous videographers, and we had a rather specific vision in mind. Not only did they achieve our vision, but they far exceeded anything we could have imagined. They made our video uniquely "us". Jeff and Mike arrived early (on Kauai!), and they were extremely professional and unobtrusive. As Maid of Honor for my best friend's wedding i wanted to surprise her with a awesome gift.  I decided to get the same say edit for her.  Finding a videographer from LA was hard because we had no idea who was going to be good or professional.  We have all heard horror stories of bad videographers who had great sample videos but were horrible.    Despite this I hired Orig Media from the sample Vimeo videos they had, and off their webpage.  I was kind of nervous not knowing for sure how they will be, but I was pleasantly surprised.  Payment was done online and was convenient.My one and only complaint was that they were slightly tardy but only to an extent that was forgivable.  Any other day I probably would not of cared but nerves were slightly higher than usual that day.  Jeff was amazing, the part I liked most about him is while he was filming the bride and bridesmaids getting ready he wasn't intrusive.  We almost forgot he was there half the times.  This helped because he was able to get natural shots of us goofing around and the bride absolutely glowing while she was getting ready.  He also had another videographer film the groom and the best man.  It was great that he microphoned the groom so in the Video we could clearly hear the I do's.At the end of the reception he played the Same day Edit and it brought tears to my eyes not only cause he did such a good job but because it was absolutely beautiful.  The groom was able to see for the first time the bride getting ready.  The video was very high quality and professionally made, looked like a music video.  It looks like they were voted #1 in "The Knot Best of Weddings 2013", and I have to say it was well deserved.  I doubt I will ever need a videographer in Hawaii again but if I ever do without doubt I will contact Jeff again. Jeff at Orig Media really is as good as it gets! When I was planning my wedding someone told me that I had to find a great videographer. ..well I knew I found him when I looked at Orig Media's website and cried watching someone elses wedding highlight video. I was sold, and I couldn't have been more right on my decision! Jeff was so easy to work with, and very prompt with conversations throughout our wedding planning process (which I greatly appreciated!). Orig Media made my slide show for our rehearsal dinner, and then filmed our wedding day! I am so lucky to have worked with them, and to have the most amazing video to keep forever! I wish I can give them more stars! We used them for our wedding day and they were so professional and easy to work with. Our same day edit came out so amazing. We all looked like pop stars. The whole crew was great. They made us feel very comfortable and we didn't even notice them filming. That helped to make everything looking natural. If you're looking for an amazing videographer with a true eye and great personality- Orig Media is the way to go!We booked them for both the videography for our wedding (engagement video & day of video) as well as their photobooth package. In all cases, Orig Media was hands down fantastic. Jeff is such a fun guy to work with- he knew what to look for and how to get the best out of us to produce memorable videos that we will have for the rest of our life. The crew in general was really nice and polite - NEVER intrusive on our day or pushy. This was incredibly key on the day of our wedding.. they didn't boss anyone around or get in anyone's way. Definitely something noteworthy.As for the photobooth, Orig Media did a stellar job with their general set up and printing process. They offered a huge variety of props (viking helmet was probably the most popular), and the print time was fast and great quality. Not only that, but Orig Media also posted the photobooth photos on their facebook so we could see everyone's photos and have a digital version rather than scanning it ourselves.
