I joined Orca Fitness inJanuary 2017 and I feel it is one of the best things I have done for myself mentally and physically. I actually look forward to attending classes. The coaches, Ken and Sean, listen to one's strengthes and weaknesses and tweak the unit accordingly for that particular person. I cannot imagine my life without Orca Empire Fitness. It is the one hour of my day that is all for me. The trainers present a challenging, well thought-out fitness regime that will work you hard, no matter your level of fitness. There is no "one size fits all" mentality.
