Fast and professional service. David went above and beyond fixing my computer issues, quickly diagnosing the problem and jumping right in. Terrible customer service! One of the men working made an incredibly rude remark towards my friend, which obviously made her very uncomfortable, as we were simply there for a quick computer repair and were nothing but kind and polite to the staff.

The best customer service!!! I'd never been here before. I had a computer I no longer needed and wanted to take it somewhere they could remove my personal information. I called OC Computer Repair and David answered the phone. He was very kind and told me to come on in. Upon arrival, David answered all my questions and even instructed me on how to remove my personal information so I know how on my own. He was also able to assist by taking it to an e-waste for me. SUPER, SUPER Disappointed in this place. Â Took my son's I phone to be repaired on the 16th of November. Â No update on the phone. Â Finally today November 30th I call and ask for an update. If I can give them above 5 stars I would. I didn't receive service from them but when I called them about fixing my 2017 MacBook screen, they told me that it's a common problem that my specific model has and it's due to the faulty wires that Apple made so it's not my fault! They recommended me to go to Apple and push to get it fixed for free instead of shelling out $500-600. I called like 5 other places and NO ONE told me about it. They could've easily made $500 off of me but instead they were honest and even told me how to go about it. Thanks so much guys! If I need anything else fixed, I will come here! More...

Still, after review and calls owner never ended up taking care of our family with the iPhone we never received back. I drive by this store and only hope it never happens to another.
