Recently I purchased a house for my mother I. San Diego and the whole property needed a good touch of real professionals of remodeling from Optimal Home Remodeling. The customer service with scheduling the appointment was great super helpful brokers and the team as well. When the guys arrived they where super friendly, they looked at the whole property and told me a lot of good advices how to make this property look better for my mother for a good price and made a fair estimate for the remodeling. I learned a lot of new stuff about construction and piping in the house, like a said I'm really satisfied with their service and communication lever with their clients. I would definitely recommend to go with this company for any piping issues in your property's or houses for you real state business, these guys are super professional and fair with what they doing. Super happy with this Company. They did a great job on our kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodelling. They were very responsive throughout the entire project, and they really care and want you to be satisfied with every step of the way. The quality of communication, handiwork, and efficiency went beyond our expectations. I can't write enough about how pleased we are with the level of service we received from them. I cannot say enough good things about this team! Optimal Home Remodeling and Design saved me time, money and lots of energy when remodeling an investment property in SD. Before I got to work with the Optimal Remodeling crew I was  unfortunate enough to hire a group of people who made promises they were not able to keep. I was horrified when I waled in and saw the kitchen tiles they put together! It literally looked like a toddler's craft station. Needless to say, I terminated their employment immediately. A friend of mine recommended Optimal Remodeling and I gave them a call to come take a look at the mess. They immediately assessed the situation, located all mistakes and inconsistencies by the previous crew, drafted a new beautiful design, making the most out of the space, combining an amazing modern look with functionality. Suddenly, the whole stressful process  became easy, organized and quick. And while I thought the look they were suggesting for the kitchen would cost me a fortune, they made it happen and kept it within my budget too! Last fall we were finally ready to remodel the kitchen in our home condominium as well as redoing the floor on the main level. We worked closely with Optimal to redesign our space and couldn't be happier with the results. Even small shifts and suggestions in the semi-custom cabinets made our kitchen much more functional, and we were able to customize and make choices about our materials for the flooring, counters, backsplashes, etc. Since we had never remodeled before it was really helpful to have someone guide us in making choices and optimizing what we could do within our budget. We were able to save money in some areas and choose a few ways to splurge on the things that we really wanted. Our General Contracter also managed skilled teams and the timeline for the whole process really well. We would definitely work with Optimal again for future remodeling projects! More...

Our plumbing got backed up and our pipes were located in an odd spot in the house. They need to be relocated and we wanted to expand the kitchen, dining, and living room. So I found these guys. The were very responsive and gave us a detailed and realistic estimate. Their total cost estimated was very reasonable considering the work that needed to be done. So I gave the green light.  The expansion and relocation of the plumbing was done perfectly and efficiently. All our requests were met and the house looks fantastic. My friend needed help on researching a reliable company to remodel her living room and bathroom. I did my Yelp searches (she doesn't have an account) and found this company. It was really close to her house so that helped a lot. From the moment I called they have helped by answering all of my questions and gave me their honest opinions. We're still waiting on a couple more things to fix before we get this project done but we're excited to use optimal home remodeling and design. These guys hit the mark on the three core components of project management - quality, schedule and budget. It was an absolute pleasure working with Dotan and his team of gurus led by Tony and Ivan. They added significant value during the design process of the kitchen and end-to-end build including electrical wiring/re-wiring, plumbing reconfiguration, wall demo/relocation, door demo/relocation, new roof insulation and new ventilation routing. They were very professional, considerate, very keen on cleanliness and efficiency during the month-long construction project, which was greatly appreciated since we lived, with a toddler, through the construction process. For a girl like me that has literally no idea with remodeling or anything related with handy stuff in the house I was in desperate need of a business like this! !!! I'm soooo happy I found these guys that helped me with my renovations. I'm finally in my happy place at home with the most beautiful renovations ever! I had a very nice experience working with Optimal Home Remodeling and Design. They did a complete remodeling to a condo I owned in San Diego and the results are beautiful! I used Optimal home remodeling and design for my kitchen and master bathroom project and I can't compliment them enough! From start, they replied very fast to my call and arrive to the meeting on time.Every single part of the process was so easy and professional. Starting with the clear and detailed quote to the actual construction. Crews showed up on time, were very nice, efficient and created amazing results.
