What do you love most about your job?
Getting to work with a variety of organizations and assist them in achieving their goals. It's great to see how our clients develop their businesses over the years.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Onset Solutions was founded back in 2001 out of a passion to better support small businesses, offering them solutions from the beginning (this is where we get our name). It is easy for a small business to overlook their IT needs so it is extremely rewarding when we get to help them design a system that works as their business develops.
Why should our clients choose you?
IT providers range in size from the one man shop (where you might not be able to get immediate or consistent service) to a large company (where you'll likely be working with someone new every time). Our solution to this is the best of both worlds. Customers working with Onset Solutions are assigned a team of two technicians who they'll know. Our technicians will be familiar with your set-up and have the ability to be responsive whenever something urgent arises.
