I bought tickets to the Damien Escobar show back in the Spring. I received an email the second week in October that the show was cancelled and to expect a refund in 14 days.
I have called and sent emails. I have not heard back from anyone. I will not be purchasing tickets for anything else at One World. The customer service is non existent at this point. I want to add, that I do understand COVID may have an impact on your response time but it should not prevent a response. It is also very disheartening to read that some have not received their refund, a full year later.
Update:: After reaching out to the owner, my refund was successfully processed today, 11/11/21.

We bought tickets to Riders in the Sky in August of 2020. The venue was rescheduled to November 2021. We received an email offering to refund our tickets provided we call the box office. We’ve been calling often for a year now and no one answers. We leave messages for a callback which never comes. We will never buy another ticket from these people again. More...
