Food was great the cocktails were amazing there is no complaint except needing the food and drinks ready on time. So make sure she has plenty of time before party starts to get it all set up. What’s your signature dish?
I am praised for my lasagna dish on the catering side and loved for my bloody mary's and long islands on the bar side of things.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The client's wishes are always the most important. If for some reason, they do not have a specific taste then we make suggestions and try different items until everyone is satisfied.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the joy that food and drinks provide in just about any case. I am such a perfectionist and seeing others happy is my peace.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been investing in other's dreams for so long that it think it is time for me to invest and believe in myself.
Why should our clients choose you?
With over 6 years of bartending experience and my Mississippi recipes/roots, I aim to please every guest. No matter the budget, all my clients receive superior service.
