The service is impeccable, Paula always is available to change around schedules last minute & the new online Auto payments are amazing! On the Move Pet Care is truly amazing! My fiancé and I went away for the weekend and needed someone to watch our dog over night. Kathryn went above and beyond. My instructions were ignored and I came home to a big mess.  My cat couldn't get to his food and water because my instruction to keep the kitchen door to the basement open for him was ignored; the door was closed.  I wondered how many times it had been reversed and he couldn't get to his litter box in the basement.  My elderly dog was in the living room and had peed all over the carpet.  I had asked she be behind a baby gate to the bedroom hallway so she could go into any bedroom, but not have access to the living room.  Because she is older, I thought she might have an accident and I wanted to prevent a mess in the living room.On one of the mornings the sitter was over two hours late to take my dogs out and feed them and my cat.  I was sent videos of my older dog listless and I considered coming home early.  My sister went to my home to check on my pets.  She said they were fine, but later told me that she felt they seemed a bit stressed; she knew I would be home the next day and didn't want me to cut my vacation time with my family short.The sitter couldn't get my older dog to go out one day and then the younger one didn't want to go out either.  There was also a mess in the room my dogs stay in and I wondered if the sitter had ever cleaned up a dog mess. At least there were no accidents where any of my pets were hurt or got away and they probably would have been more stressed if I had boarded them at a kennel or at the vet's.  I was not offered any kind of compensation or refund. For the past couple months, Kathryn has been providing weekday walks for our temporary resident Dreamer. Dreamer is an energetic 15 month old Australian Cobber Dog who is always excited to see her, and returns well exercised! I've been using OTM for 3 years when I have to be out of town. I have multiple senior dogs and cats and have been very satisfied with the care they get. I get updates with pictures after every visit and know my crew is getting the best of care. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Their service was cheaper than boarding and with a blind dog I couldn't leave her in a kennel. The peace of mind of having them at home is priceless. We have been very happy with their dog walking/pet sitting service when we have been out of town. They are very professional, give great updates and even send adorable pictures of our dog. I can tell that our pup has liked each and every dog walker--she is friendly but can also be shy, so that means a lot to us!  It's so reassuring to know she's in good hands, and to have those frequent updates.  Also, their system for scheduling, payment, etc. is the most convenient one I've ever used. I recently moved to Savannah, GA and about the only thing I miss is OTM.  Maggie Mae is still depressed that she doesn't get to "hug" her walkers and we have a framed picture of her and her buddies from the weekly excursions. Every time I get an email from OTM, Maggie and I want to cry.  I wish you all would open a satellite office in Savannah!!  The client portal is amazing and everyone is so understanding, especially with a crazy Fox hound that thinks it's fun to "escape".I just can't give anyone a single reason as to why you wouldn't trust your furbaby to OTM.  And if you don't take advantage of Wednesday excursions, your pup is definitely missing out!!!! On the Move Pet Care took excellent care of my two older cats while I was on vacation. Both of my cats are a little skittish and tend to hide, but the sitter was sure to spot them every day to make sure they were ok and happy. By the end of the week-long vacation, both cats were coming out to greet the sitter. She even sent me daily pictures so I wouldn't miss them too much! On the Move Pet Care was reliable, responsible and affordable. Signing up was easy through the portal and I was able to ask questions and update information as needed. We have been using On the Move since 2014 and absolutely love them. It's been amazing to watch the company grow. They take great care of our dog and cat. We use their midday dog walking service, which is wonderful. They come when scheduled, you get a text on arrival, you can see what route they walked in the portal, and the walker always leaves an update about what the dog did on the walk when it's over. They have been very flexible with scheduling when we've needed to make changes and offer walks at all different times of the day if needed as well as boarding or in home pet sitting. Rates are extremely reasonable given the quality of the service provided. Our walker is regular and almost always the same person, and we have never had any concerns about her being in our home. She even helped us out once by alerting us to a leak in the ceiling! The front office is very responsive via email and the emergency phone number. They were so supportive when our last dog passed away suddenly a few years ago. I can't say enough good things about the people who work here and the services they provide. More...

We love On the Move Pet Care and so does our dog, Rogan. He gets so excited when they arrive each week that he sprints full speed to the door and slides right past it like he is on ice (pretty humorous to watch actually). They have an amazing team both in and out of the office, are extremely fast to respond and accommodate our requests, and it is obvious that everyone at OTM cares deeply about the animals that they serve. I have been using OTM for a couple years to take care of my three pups 14, 12 and 5 when I go away until I found this service I never went anywhere since I had no one to watch them.  Two of my pups take medication and I always feel confident they are receiving good care. I use on the move whenever I need a pet sitter, especially on holidays or extended trips. Their online client portal is extremely user friendly- you can update info for each of your pets, including feeding and medication info, and give instructions for the visit.
