She's a very compassionate and empathetic person as well as an excellent groomer, I find her attractive both inwardly and outwardly, she doesn't groom "animals", she grooms our "partners", "companions", our "confidants" and in some cases our "emotional supports", they are family and friends to her, not beasts of burden, I give her "Five Stars". .... My small dog Dottie is 18 years old, very nervous, and frail. She is quite a challenge to groom due to her anxiety. Andrea is positively incredible and patient with her. She has taken care of Dottie for years now and I have never had a single complaint. Never has a holiday or special occasion gone by that Andrea and her team hasn't had Dottie looking immaculately groomed. She is also very accommodating with my ever changing schedule. Andrea has been grooming my special needs Shih Tzu Beau for over a year now! He requires one-on-one handling due to his diabetes, pancreatitis and blindness! Beau does not get along well with others, but he quickly became very comfortable with Andrea! She is so gentle and loving with him. He leaves looking and feeling like a little puppy! Five years ago I adopted my Schnoodle ... my little guy ... Charlie. And one week later I started taking him to Andrea to be groomed, matted hair and all. I'd never take Charlie anywhere else. Milo had his first grooming appt w/Andrea last Saturday. What a great experience. Andrea consults with you first and let Milo explore around so he would feel comfortable before beginning. She gave a great, professional cut and the shampoo she uses is great too! His coat feels so different. So nice to have found a groomer with a personal touch. Can't wait to take Milo back again. Andrea is the best groomer we've ever had! We were lucky enough to find her when she first started grooming and we never went to another groomer after that. Not only is she in re funky talented and artistic, but she treats the pups with care and compassion. All I have to say is "wanna go see Andrea?" And the dogs go crazy!
