What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We always encourage a thorough discussion to get the details hammered out - whether its a video chat, phone call, or series of emails. I follow up the discussion with everything in writing to make sure no details are overlooked. Once the date and location are booked, we plan for the shoot specifics. I provide intuitive consultation services to help you get you what you are looking for out of your images. After the shoot, I deliver retouched images in an online web gallery within 2 weeks for sessions, 4 weeks for events. Rush editing is an option. Favorites can be selected from the proofing gallery for further editing or purchase, or we can meet in person to go over the ordering process. Contracts can be signed on your phone, and deposits/invoices can all be handled through the web by card. I do not see or store your card information.
