On recommendation from a dear friend, we worked with Neev Kugel and Oasis builders on a 3-month total remodel in Woodland Hills. From the beginning, Neev was available and always answered his phone, text and email and when he didn't answer his phone (very rare) he called back within minutes. It was clear from our first meeting that Neev wanted nothing more then to make sure we were satisfied with the work and that we loved our house. It definitely ended up being the case. Neev and his crew swarmed our house and the demo was done so fast that we were in complete shock. Everyone on his team was professional and cared about taking care on and of our property. They worked with us and listened to what we wanted throughout the entire process. There were absolutely no hidden surprises or other agendas. Any changes to the original contract was by our personal request. Just hard work on time. As we heard from many friends, projects as big and complex like ours often go sideways, but not for us, Neev and Oasis builders really proved their worth. They laid out the plan, executed, and charged as they went, no paying in advance or any of the horror stories we heard about contractors. My wife and I recently purchased our second home and decided it would be a good idea to remodel it before moving in. Having gone through a really bad remodeling experience on our first home, we were very hesitant about moving forward with anyone on this project but knew the decision had to be made. After interviewing about 4-5 contractors, we narrowed it down to two finalists and decided to hire Neev and Oasis Builders to redo our new home.The project was quite extensive as we were looking to completely redo our Kitchen and three bathrooms throughout the house. From the get-go, there was something about Neev's laid-back approach which really spoke to us. Neev was very knowledgeable, extremely patient and very clear about his work process which made us feel very comfortable with him. After meeting him for the second time, we decided to hire him and at this point I can honestly say that it was probably the best decision we could have made! This remodel corrected our previous experience and was quite fun to go through. Everything just flowed so naturally. Neev guided us on where to get our materials (which we got at a significant discount using his accounts), he kept us updated on a weekly basis regarding the schedule and progress, and the quality is just top notch!The two things that impressed me the most on this remodel were that Neev told us that the project would take 3 months to complete. After doing tons and tons of research after an absolute horrible experience I had with a previous company (who shall remain nameless) I came across Oasis Builders and Neev and I can't thank God enough! ! Communication with Neev was something I never thought I would come across in this business after my previously stated horrible experience with a different company. I told Neev exactly what I wanted, how I wanted it and when I needed it by. I ended up agreeing to remodel the bathroom and kitchen and Oasis Builders truly shined when the work began. The crew was professional and clean. They waited outside until my fiance left for work before entering the house and always cleaned up after themselves.

Neev, in the meantime, stayed responsive to my calls and followed up every day. He visited and asked for pictures to ensure the work was going as planned and stepped in the second I had concerns or if he saw anything that needed correction.
