I'm not really that sure, I just knew that I could provide a service to people and the idea expanded to owning my own facility.

Yes, we currently provide 2 virtual training options. They are live at 6:10 and 6:30pm on Mondays - Thursdays
Beginners to intermediate are Monday's, Wednesday's, aND Friday's from 6:10 - 6:50pm
Intermediate to advanced sessions are Monday's through Thursdays 6:30 - 7:30pm
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Although there are no longer any strict recommendations in Georgia; we still do recommend social distancing, wearing masks, and frequently wiping surfaces.
Small Group Training

- Training sessions are designed around the needs of the overall group.
- A fitness evaluation is needed as the class might not be suitable for the clients needs or suitable training level.
- Workouts are scalable to multiple fitness levels.
- Trainers will suggest and guide you through home work when you are not training with us.
