What do you love most about your job?
I love creating new menus and catering to my client's specific dietary needs. I love how every day is different and I can use my creativity and senses to help others eat healthy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been at this for over 10 years! I have a Bachelors degree in Biochemistry (metabolism was my favorite course!) and four Nutrition Certifications. I decided to start my own business to help others with new medical diagnosis and dietary restrictions eat a variety of healthy, tasty meals at home.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have taken a COVID awareness and protection class. I wear a mask in the kitchen and I frequently wash my hands and wear gloves. I also request that all of my clients inform me of any exposure and follow CDC guidelines on quarantine procedure.
