Scarlet Mulligan is who I saw. She's very personable, honest, and up front. She will tell you what you need to hear, and when you need to get in touch with her reaching her on the portal is easy. She's great. I took one star off because I was scheduled to see her and told she was accepted through my insurance when in fact she isn't. This was a receptionist error, but a big one nonetheless. PA. Scarlett Mulligan is a very caring, compassionate individual who upon meeting I felt immediately at ease with. She took the time to both listen and ask questions so she fully understood my situation. While she was quick to come up with a game plan on how to move forward with treatment, she first made sure to look into different options to find what was the best fit for me personally. The level of care Scarlett provided was most certainly some of the best I have received in my mental health journey. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!! More...

Dr. Mulligan saved my life. No, that's not an exaggeration. My anxiety and depression has wreaked havoc on my life for the better part of 30 years. Relationships failed left and right. I couldn't focus on work or be productive. Before I ever stepped foot in her door, she helped me and all I can say is she saved my life. She is literally one of the most beautiful souls I've ever met. Full of compassion and understanding. She cares.
