Alex takes the time and research to approach the look of a whole photo ,as a complete item before she even starts to take photos, her eye for keen detail to the feel surrounding the subjects is never swathed by mainstream approaches, leading her photographs to have an authenticity to them, that the bespoke era of glass slide photography has, but with all the detail of modern exposure technology. Having met her and seeing her work evolve over the past 10 years has taken own approach to photography back, and had me in awe of the technical approaches she takes to create a finished peice of art into a clip amd slide ,and peice of film ,instead of the peice looking or feeling just as a photo, I highly recommend not spending your money elsewhere for a photographer!!! I had never done a photo shoot before and Alexis made me feel so comfortable, she was able to guide me through posing and I had such a fun time. My family and I had Christmas photos done with Alexis Nova Photography, it was absolutely so much fun! From the very beginning Alexis was so warm and inviting to my own ideas I had for my family!
