I can’t recommend Dora enough. Before Dora, I didn’t know what it meant to love yourself. Heavily depressed and anxious, frequent panic attacks but not wanting to go on medication. Dora really listens and helps without judgement and I feel amazing after every appointment. I’m no longer depressed, significantly less anxiety and no panic attacks now. I’ve never felt heard more than I have with Dora. I’ve seen several therapists and hands down she is the best I’ve had by a landslide.
