Unbelievable.When you find a good contractor, your kinda want to keep it to yourself. When you find an excellent one. well then they just deserve to be shared. Shawn came by to provide an estimate on some damaged framing withing the walls of a unit in our complex. He examined everything meticulously even commenting on the work underway by a plumber. At that point I was impressed. These guys are true craftsmen, and we just stumbled upon them. They completed the work to perfection and expeditiously. We're going to be using them plenty, so if you read this review and move on, that only makes them more available to us. But do yourself a favor, the next time you need a quote call them, it won't take much of your time, and you will quickly see the same professionalism and meticulousness that impressed me.Thank you so much Shawn, I wish you all the work you can comfortably handle, just don't forget us when you're overbooked.Many thanks to you sir.-Mario More...

I am on the HOA for a condo in North Park and asked Shawn to come out and give us a bid for some repairs we needed on a smaller project. I don't know if I have bad luck with contractors but there seems to be a problem with getting timely bids and responses for jobs. Shawn came out that day and had a estimate the following day. He was professional and completed the work on in one day just like he estimated. The price was fair and the work was high quality. I was impressed with his work and will be having him complete a bigger project that another contractor has dropped the ball with. I am all about supporting the local North Park businesses and I feel like Shawn and North Park Design and Build is a awesome choice for any of your projects. Thanks Shawn! More...

As a Realtor, I have used North Park Design and Build for both little and big jobs that my buyers and seller's need. They provide quality work at fair prices and work with me to navigate the time sensitive nature of Real Estate escrow repairs. I recently needed a someone to repair termite related damage on a property that had to close on a Monday. I called Shawn at 2pm on a Friday to see if he could send one of his team out to do the repairs at 4 pm on a Friday and he came thru for me and my clients allowing the escrow to close on time.
