Vacationing in the area, we did not want to miss our Bikram yoga practice so dropped in for a class and were greeted by friendly ,smiling teachers and students. The studio is pretty and clean. The sign above the yoga room itself is welcoming and intention setting : " Meditation Room ". Stephen's instructions were energizing and helpful. The Gem of Jupiter. I've been a practitioner of yoga for many years but never tried hot yoga/Bikram method until I came to the studio. I got to say that hot yoga isn't just commercialized hype - there's really is something to it. Rachel and Sarah are the twin sister owners who, like many yogis, had their lives permanently changed from this program based on an ancient practice and naturally want to share this with others. I highly recommend this studio! It is clean, welcoming, and the instructors are amazing! I haven’t done hot yoga in years- I had two kids and some health issues and got out of practice. Now that I’m back I feel stronger and better than I have in a long time. Don’t be intimidated by the “hot” in this yoga, come try it out. It is a very healthy addition to have! More...

There are no amount of words that could truly describe Jupiter Hot Yoga. Rachel & Sarah are two of the most incredible people I have ever met. The moment you walk into the studio, you are greeted with kindness, love, and warmth. PLEASE ADVISE new ownership - late spring 2016 - SO please give them another try. I had heard terrible things about the way it was previously run. Im a 46y/o male, started in August of 16, and had never really tried yoga much. The new owners(the Twins - Sarah and Rachel) created a great community of friends and 'family', on top of running a fantastic studio then is always clean and welcoming for both new and practiced students. The classes are hot, but it is Hot Yoga. Personally Ive lost significant amount of weight, and gained a overall level of health and peace that really surprised me. Im so happy with the results, NOT KILLING me knees and now am very strong and firm! I found the instruction clear and supportive, and always willing to take you further than you think you can go. Great people, Great practice... I wake up everyday ready to go again - thinking about what I can do a little harder or better! Recruited many friends, neighbors and family that are hooked as well! They are also now starting to introduce an Ashtanga practice once a week. This is the Bikram series(NOT too many back bends), an full body work out. Both the owners took the Bikram training and they are very committed to maintaining its purity. I do see people occasionally free-styling a bit and that's OK too!!
