Despite the recent tragedies in my life, I have been actively working on a few projects that will be launching in the near future.
Multitasking, creating and making things happen is what I do best, but it can become stressful at times when I'm not feeling 100%.
I am so glad that I can count on Master Kenneth Noble, MSA, LA-c for #natural and #holistic treatments that have truly been helping me combat, #stress, #fatigue and #headaches.
I can't begin to tell you how #excited I am about what's getting ready to take place in my life now that I am feeling ten times better.

Shout out to my friend, Kenneth Master Noble, of Noble Wellness! I recently started going back to him for acupuncture, after a lonnnggg break while we were across state.
This morning I was feeling so lousy, drowsy, and achey, I almost called to say I wasn't coming. But I know that is hard when people cancel appointments at the last moment and it is difficult or impossible to fill that spot. So I went.
I think I forgot how bad I was feeling this morning and just went about my day after acupuncture. Tonight it dawned on me… I was about in shut down mode this morning and ready to reach for ibuprofen but decided to wait. I never did take that ibuprofen, and I was just thinking tonight that I currently have no sign of the migraine that was brewing this morning, and the only aches I feel are from yoga poses. Yay Kenneth! and yay acupuncture!

i had a stroke a year or so ago and had tremendous pain in my neck, legs, Â wrist, as well as vertigo (dizziness) and could hardly stand it. i was referred by another senior or said that this center helped. i was always afraid of needles, but theexperience was not painful at all. i was placed on a bed with nice music in the background, and the procedure was performed. it took a couple treatments as well as some chinese herbs, to do the trick. now i am able to get on the bus and visit my newniece who just had a baby. i wish insurance covered this, but to get rid of pain, and when someone really cares, that is more important. i would highly recommend noble wellness center.
