How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Your diet is one of five foundations of well-being that we focus on at The Flourish Group. It is critical to the support of your body's systems and to effective weight management.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We start with the basics and build from there. I don't prescribe what I think is the best exercise - I work with them to find out what they love and then we create a plan/program around that!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Respecting and appreciating the body you have right now. Each body is unique and incredible so we look for ways to improve upon what you've done well already. Then, it's all about consistency, support and accountability (from me!).
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people learn to love exercise and eating healthy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be more in control of my time, health and happiness.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I am a realistic coach. I practice what I preach. I don't food shame or push you to your exercise limits. I love to eat good food, have some wine, socialize and enjoy life so I won't ask my clients to give up what they love just to lose a few pounds. We find a way to work all the good stuff into your lifestyle and still be HEALTHY!
