I went to Emily after I had been at an all time low in my life. She helped me talk through my problems, but also come up with solutions on how to handle the situation if it were to happen again. I saw Emily weekly or bi-monthly for 10 months. I would strongly recommend her. I have tried several different therapist in the past and she is and was my favorite that I used.
