chef Anthony was knowledgeable and offered great menu recommendations for my special event. the food was delicious from appetizers to main course and dessert and our server was gracious. they made us feel like VIPs.

I can't say enough good things about Next Level Culinary! From the food to the service, everything was spectacular. Anthony was a dream to work with. The pride that he takes in his business shows through with his food and the presentation. Everyone raved about the food and had nothing but good things to say about his team. I, however, was impressed that my husband and I actually got to enjoy the food at our wedding because of his amazing staff! What’s your signature dish?
As a chef with more than 30 years of cooking experience. I actually do not have just one signature dish. My passion for people and food has led me to explore and practice many different cultures and cuisines. I have exceptional cooking skills which allow me to properly prepare many dishes according to their cultural origins and taste and I love them all equally.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to a have a brief direct conversation with our clients. This helps to gain an understanding of the customers cuisine favorites, general food taste,any dietary restrictions and the type of event the menu will be for.
These elements then allow me to not only build a delicious custom menu suited for each customer but equally important the manner in which the food will be displayed and served.
What do you love most about your job?
Food and people are my true passion and I love being able to combine them both into what I do best.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My desire to bring my passion for food and people together and share it with others.
