I cannot recommend this clinic enough! Awhile back, I brought my cat Timmy in for an emergency visit when he started acting strangely. Turned out, he had pneumonia. The veterinarian worked with us to ensure he was taken care of immediately, and really eased our worries. I'd never given medication to a cat before, and they even made sure that I felt comfortable doing so, rather than just giving me his medication and sending us on our way. Timmy is doing much better now, thankfully. We will be sure to return for anything else he needs; New Hope Animal Hospital has won our hearts. ♥ Thank y'all for all you do! More...

I’ve recently moved from Maine and I loved my vet there. I have a lil mini mutt that unfortunately has had dental issues the past 4 years, and I’m very protective over making sure that she is comfortable and I am being her best advocate. I was nervous with switching vets, and not even being able to be inside and meet doctors (thanks Covid) but needed to take the risk as Nala was clearly uncomfortable. Today was surgery day, and Nala is peacefully resting beside me, with med care clearly laid out for me. I am beyond pleased that my most precious pet is seemingly happy and that I was able to find a vet to trust in short notice! More...

I became a client of New Hope animal Hospital about six months ago. I had previously been with my other vet for15+ years and decided to give new Hope animal Hospital a try since it is so conveniently located to my house. The doctors and staff at New Hope are so kind and caring. They do everything they can to take care of your pet and put you at ease knowing that your pet is in their care. I cannot recommend this vet hospital enough!! My female pup was scheduled to be fixed before she went into her first heat so we could prevent another oooopsie like we had last year when my male German Shepherd mated with my female pups mother and we ended up with 7 puppies which almost put me in a mental institution lol! The day she was scheduled to go in for her procedure our regular vet doc ended up in the hospital himself and had to cancel her procedure and then, as our luck would have it, a few days later she went into heat! Trying to keep them apart the last few days almost sent us over the edge lol I called every vet I could find from here to probably San Antonio and no one could get either of them in to be fixed for under $500 or before the month of April...until I called New Hope! They re-arranged the schedule so we could get my German Shepherd fixed this morning and now he is resting at home very sedated but very comfortable and I could not be more thankful that I found this animal hospital in literally the 11th hour, it seemed hahaha! Now we are taking our female pup in next and we are definitely going to be using New Hope in the future for all our veterinary needs...they have amazing staff and the service is just spectacular! If I could I would give them 100 stars! We live in Georgetown and we are happy to make the drive to Cedar Park for the service we get with them :)...From the bottom of our hearts thank you, thank you for helping us prevent another round of chaos and us losing our sanity for good hahaha all the while taking amazing care of my sweet baby boy! Yesterday was a very emotional day for our family. Our sweet boy Duke was at his end. I just want to say how ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC New Hope Animal Hospital was to us! !!! They were SO kind, caring and overly compassionate!!!!!!! And everything just ended up being SO peaceful. We have been going to this veterinary office regularly for about a year and a half now since our regular vet retired. It was the BEST move for our family!!!
