The whole staff here is wonderful. Dr.Patrick was able to quickly give us a diagnosis for our cat and guide us in giving her the best quality of life for as long as she is with us. This place... all employees from the vets, assistants, techs, front desk, kennel help....every single last person is incredible. They care so much about their clients. It shows in everything they do. We adopted a sweet 2.5 yr old Rott/Dobie mix. It was apparent that she had a bad vet experience. Dr Fausett was the best. She took her for a shirt walk and got her comfortable with her before she lovingly took a listen to her . They are just the best! This animal hospital is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hospital!! I would not consider taking my pets anywhere else for care. I recently rescued a cat from ACASPCA. After becoming familiar in our home, Miss SweetPea began using our furniture as scratching posts. I tried numerous products for her to use, but she did not have anything to do with them. So, I researched the alternatives to declawing; and the final decision to have her front paws declawed was made. The staff at NHPH was superb. I was an emotional mess the morning I dropped Miss SweetPea off for her surgery. They treated me like a family member - hugging me and consoling me - telling me I could call them as often as I needed to check on her status during her two nites stay in the hospital. This place is so awesome! They really do care about your pet! I used to go somewhere else. The Vet had mistreated our Sam. A good friend had highly recommended New Haven Pet Hospital! So we visited before making the switch! Everyone was so kind. I have nothing but good and high praises to say! I hadnt brought any pets to New Haven Pet Hospital before, but when my dog Ruxin was experiencing leg pain, I needed to get him looked at fast. I called at 8 a.m. and was scheduled that same afternoon. Karli helped me check in, and with an online form, there wasn't anything I had to do. Karli was great with my dog, and despite his leg, he was overall relaxed. Dr. Kyle Krish was fantastic. He was able to figure out it was just a loose knee cap, and he also explained all of the possible issues I might run across in the future. Other than the medicine, exam and trimming his nails after I expressed concern, they didnt try to sell me any unnecessary add ons. Very professional and caring and I'll definitely come back. More...

One work awesome! After searching and reviewing multiple vets in Fort Wayne none of them compare to New Havens pet hospital. The staff are so friendly and caring about your animal or animals. Besides the care factor that was the biggest thing the secondary was price.... and let me say they are very fair about the prices for the services here. I can say 200% if your from Fort Wayne make the drive to new haven to go here. They will work you in scheduling much easier and make everything hassle free. More...

They have always been our vet for our fur baby Maggie. When we had to put Maggie down they were so wonderful. We stayed in the room with her until she was gone. Absolutely love the Vets and vet techs/front desk. Very caring and kind. 5 plus stars. Grooming also - amazing! However- evening staff at the boarding: NO. At least if you have a large dog. My Buddy always easily goes with grooming staff/techs. But last summer when I dropped him for boarding he cried and fought- I had t walk back into boarding area with him. Was literally standing in water- my shoes and pant leg were soaked. Buddy cried so hard I left drive 2 blocks & turned around for him. In the 5 minutes I was gone his blanket was DRIPPING wet and Buddy looked like he had been soaked with a hose. He would have laid there on a cement floor wet with a sopping blanket all night long. He willNEVER EVER be boarded there again. ZERO STARS FOR BOARDING More...

Since moving to Fort Wayne, we have used the same vet. When my bulldog got sick, the other vet ran out of ideas and options to help her. A friend referred me to New Haven and we had our first appt in January of this year. Dr. Fausett saw her, performed surgery, found and removed a cancerous tumor. Since the surgery, our bulldog has made a complete turn around and is doing AMAZING. She has energy, loves to eat, plays and enjoys life. New Haven has been compassionate, proactive and understanding through my many phone calls and visits. We drive almost 30 minutes for appointments, but all three of our dogs are now official patients! My former neighbor & good friend Missy Freeman(who has moved away) had always said how wonderful New Haven Pet Hospital is. There were some changes going on at the other Vet place I was at so after my beloved Lab passed away in June 2016, I decided whenever I get a new Furbaby I would make the switch to New Haven Pet Hospital! There aren't enough words to express my gratitude to Dr Patrick and Dr McKaig for the genuine care they showed to our beloved Callie and our family. They went above and beyond to care for her and try to figure out why our 2 yr old cat was mysteriously loosing weight. They did everything possible and when it turned out suddenly yesterday that she had a rare advanced lymphoma and nothing could be done Dr Patrick was so kind.
