What do you love most about your job?
Our favorite part is the journey, with all of its ups and downs. We feel honored to walk alongside our clients through some of the most challenging times of their lives. Seeing their progress and watching them GROW is the best part of what we do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After years of working in community based organizations, we decided it was time to open our own doors, allowing us to provide the most personalized support to help our clients achieve their goals.
Why should our clients choose you?
Caitlin and Melissa have years of experience between them in working with children, families, and individuals. Caitlin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has specialized training in Adoptions and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Melissa has her Masters degree in Marriage & Family Therapy & is a pre-licensed clinician (Registered Marriage & Family Therapist Intern). She has specialized education & training in Play Therapy and is working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist as well.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have implemented increased cleaning/sanitation of our offices.
Individual Counseling
Caitlin & Melissa both offer individual counseling services. Each session lasts 50 minutes.
Caitlin's fee is $150/session. Melissa's fee is $100/session.
Family Therapy
Caitlin & Melissa both offer family therapy. Each session is 50 minutes in length. Caitlin's session fee is $150/session. Melissa's sessions fee is $100/session.
Child/Adolescent Therapy
Caitlin & Melissa both work with children and adolescents, utilizing a variety of approaches including person-centered therapy, CBT, solution-focused brief therapy, and play therapy techniques. Caitlin's session fee is $150/session. Melissa's session fee is $100/session.
