What’s your signature dish?
I specialize in Southern and Italian based dishes. Some of my specialities are my salmon croquettes, Mac and cheese, lasagna, empanadas to name a few.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I go based off the celebration and what style of dish that particular client loves to enjoy.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that I can fill my clients belly with delicious tasting meals and see the reaction after they have enjoyed my dishes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My parents inspired me to get in the kitchen from young. I really enjoy cooking and also creating new flavorful dishes for my clients to enjoy.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am very strict on wearing a mask through the duration of my stay and also ensuring to keep things sanitize and wiped down at all times.
Private Dining
Is a intimate dining experience normally set for guest ranging from 2-10. You will be served a plated style dinner either 3-4 course meals. This can be set up in your home or a rented out space.
Special Catering
This is a service either buffet style or drop off order. Where the food is either prepared on site or offsite and can be delivered to you or set up buffet style.
Meal Planning
A customized menu is provided for you to choose a selection of meals to be delivered to you at the begging of the week. Meals can be designed for either weight gain or weight loss or even just to relieve the stress of cooking.
