What do you love most about your job?
I love helping small and medium-sized businesses realize their full potential by providing them with HR expertise while they concentrate on what they do best.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After practicing law for over 20 years and then holding a corporate position with an emphasis in regulatory compliance, I started the company that is now NavigationHR. During my legal career, I worked primarily in small firms and as a solo practitioner, gaining a deep understanding of the needs of a small business. I recognized the human resources dilemma facing many smaller companies — large enough to have employees but not yet big enough to justify a full-time human resources department — and wanted to fix it.
