Napa Pet Care is amazing! They are thoughtful, friendly, great communicators and knowledgeable. I was nervous about picking my first pet care place for our new puppy we just got and I am so incredibly happy that we found Napa Pet Care. They responded very quickly whenever I asked questions or checked in on our pup throughout the day. They also sent updates *with pictures* on how our little girl was doing. They also went above and beyond for me and took our pup on pretty short notice. The staff seem highly trained/experienced and I would trust any of them with our pets again in the future. Jesslynn and Amanda have been so wonderful and helpful with my rescue, Ollie! I came to Jesslynn right after adopting for help with basic obedience training. Ollie came to us quite nervous and shy. Jesslynn has taught us so much about building our dog's confidence with basic obedience training. She is very knowledge about dog behavior and treats them with lots of care and respect.We have also started pack walks to help build up Ollie's confidence around other dogs and also improve her loose leash walking. We've definitely seen a difference in her loose leash walking with us and she seems to really enjoy her pack walks. It's been immensely helpful in socializing Ollie while we are sheltering in place. She is a much less nervous and shy dog because of it. Communication is really smooth and all handled through their app. We also live for the photo updates, they are so adorable. Ollie has a long way to go in her training but Jesslynn has definitely helped set us up for success in the long run, we would have been lost without her! More...

Lizbet was our pet sitter and she was awesome. We have a large fluffy family which includes cats, rabbits, chinchillas, and an 130 pound malamute mix which she embraced and handled with ease. Like most pet parents I can get to worrying about them. She put my mind at ease with her frequent noted updates and photos. She had even the shyest of our pets warmed up to her and looking forward to her visits. Amanda was absolutely amazing with our pets when we were out of town for 10 days. We recently moved to Napa and I was nervous about using a new pet sitter. I was incredibly happy with the communication system that they have in place and the pictures that Amanda sent. She was right down on the ground at their level. I am new to Napa and was very nervous to have a cat sitter for my Cat precious. She had the same sitter for 5 years and can be fussy. I hired Napa Pet Care and the experience was excellent. They fed her twice a day, played with her and in 4 days had her coming out when they arrived to be petted and play. I can highly recommend the service. More...

If I could give Jesslynn and Napa Pet Care 100 stars I would. I am a new puppy mom and I seriously doubt I could keep my puppy, Kiki, if it wasn't for Napa Pet Care! I work very long hours and knowing that a highly trained compassionate professional is helping me care for my puppy is all I need to get thru the long work week. A really great feature that Napa Pet Care offers is the attention and constant feedback they provide to owners. For instance, I receive daily updates along with a GPS tracker of Kiki's daily walks-I am so glad to know my dog is getting adequate exercise! Finally, Jesslynn takes time out of her day to educate me about training, nutrition, and anything else I might have a question about. Jesslynn has helped me train my puppy to use the bells to go outside. She takes the time to help groom Kiki when needed.
