How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Every bite we take is either feeding disease or fighting disease.
What do you love most about your job?
I love teaching people about the wonders of their body and it’s ability to heal itself. Watching someone take control of their health (mind, body and spirit) to live a fuller, happier life makes me glow with joy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to make health accessible to all regardless of age, gender, socioeconomic status, or education level. I am committed to helping my clients become confident in their ability to heal themselves so they are not reliant on the pharmaceutical industry.
Why should our clients choose you?
If you want someone who cares deeply about your wellbeing and happiness, who wants to see you succeed and thrive in the life you imagined for yourself, who will be there to support you in times of need and challenge you to push yourself to grow, then you should choose me. However if you are looking for someone to provide you with a standard cookie cutter diet plan or work out regimen, I am not the person for you.
