Using the 6 pillars of Lifestyle Medicine (Eating more plant based foods, increasing physical activity, managing stress, sleeping better, avoiding harmful substances and building healthy relationships and social support) we make sure that you achieve true wellness that encompasses both mind and body. If you have a lifestyle-related chronic condition we work with your health practitioners to help you manage or even reverse your condition. So whether you are looking to shed some weight or learn to manage stress, we have evidence-based skills and tools to get you where you want to be.
