I had met a few people to help me fix my fence. I am not ready to replace the entire thing. Most whom came to the house were not being to creative and seemed a little lazy to come up with a plan. Yaron came with a few guys whom were so friendly looked at my fence and they came up with options for me. They came and did the work, on time and they did it very well. I am very pleased. Yaron was recommended to me for water damage repair that we had on a multi-family investment property.  It turned out to be extensive but with his expertise we maneuvered through the process with the tenants, city and our budget and we were extremely pleased at the results! Wow.  I highly recommend Ron and his team.  They re-did 2 medium size bathrooms for me this weeks and they are so beautiful and professionally done.  In the downstairs bathroom, we changed an ordinary shower into a fabulous steam shower, with floor to ceiling glass shower door, Westin hotel style shower fixture, new cabinets, and tile half way up the non-shower walls.   The upstairs bathroom had a "contractor special" crappy old bathtub that was replaced with an air bubble tub, floor to ceiling tile, and then halfway up the walls in the bath area and the dual sink area.  Rafael, the tile guy, is an absolute artist and very very meticulous in his work which is reflected in the stunning finished project.  Their work really transformed 20 year old bathrooms into very modern beautiful and luxurious looking spaces.  We can't wait to enjoy them!  More importantly, they were highly professional, showed up on time, worked hard, always cleaned up after themselves, very polite, courteous and helpful.  Ron is very friendly, capable and honest, especially on pricing which was very fair.  I tend to get lots of bids so that I am educated on the task, not necessarily looking for the lowest, as that doesn't alway work out well... Ron was the only contractor to identify that the walls in the bath area needed to be re-done prior to the installation of the new tile, and then we had to replace another bit of drywall as well.  Ron was excellent at directing, supervising and reviewing the team's work and recommending changes where necessary.  He stopped by the jobsite at least once a day, and often more than twice, a day to check on them and the project and to check in with me to make sure that they were meeting my expectations, which they exceeded!  Ron also is very open to other people's ideas, very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of certain approaches and was very helpful in identifying the optimal approach to these two rooms.  I have numerous properties and work with a lot of contractors, who UNLIKE Ron and his team, show up late, don't show up, work half days, and CHANGE ORDER the project to the point where the original fee is unrecognizable.  It seems like this phenomenon is rampant in Southern California and, especially, Orange County.  I say that to establish that I am not an "easy grader" or an inexperienced user of home contractors.  Far from it and it can be a real time consuming pain.  But Not with Ron and his team. Again, highly recommend.  I will be updating the review after the painter has finished so that fellow Yelpers can get a first hand look at this beautifully revitalized spaces transformed by My New Home Project.
