Just amazing! I started taking reformer classes with Maria in February and I love it. I've more range of motion then I've had in a long time. My posture has improved. My shape has improved! I wish I would have started this decades ago! Only wish they had classes in Merritt Island everyday! Just can't enough about it. I'm hooked More...
