If you were looking for a sign to hire a personal trainer, this is it. Montel at Muscle Social LLC is not only knowledgeable, professional and all those good traits a trainer should be. But he will motivate the heck out of you. Oh, and if you’re clueless like I was as far as how to do the majority of exercises and you’re afraid he’s going to make fun of you or joke or whatever your boyfriend or husband does when you try and workout with him, that’s not his style. I will mess up 8 times and he will patiently show me all 8 times.

And if you think he’s going to yell at you to keep going to the point where you’re going to throw up or pass out…he won’t. He’ll be patient with you and motivate you to finish because he only gives you as much as you can handle. He’s not a personal trainer you need to be afraid of, he’s the one you look forward to seeing. The workouts are intense but never anything I can’t handle. They do get more intense as time passes which just means that my body’s getting stronger.

It’s not even just about transforming your body, your mind transforms too. Just go for it. What have you got to lose?

Q&As

At Muscle Social we believe a balanced diet supplies the fuel your body needs to work effectively. Without balanced nutrition, your body is more prone to illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. Eating a variety of foods and consuming less salt, sugars, and saturated fats are essential to ensure your body functions at its best. To promote good overall health, it’s best to consume a minimally processed, whole-food diet full of healthy fats, fiber, and lean protein. Also, aim to get at least 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise each week.

One of the best ways to ensure that our clients stay on track is to reference their goals daily, weekly and monthly. If our clients are determined to reach a goal by a specific date, they will be more likely to pass on those tempting office treats if they have their goals in front of them every morning. For a quick and effective way to track goals, we encourage our clients to use an online tool, such as Evernote. The basic version is free and an efficient way to organize daily tasks, such as going to the gym, and track those long-term goals. We also provide some tools as well.

1. First Things First: Check With Your MD
2. Prepare to Work Hard
3. Mix It Up
4. Ditch the Bad Stuff
5. Load Up on Water
6. Switch “Cheat Days” for “Treat Meals”
7. Keep Moving

2 Reasons

I MAKE AN IMMEDIATE DIFFERENCE TO PEOPLE LIVES
I LEARN LOTS ABOUT MYSELF

I started Muscle Social because I see the effect of how my advice and training helped soldiers. From there I progressed to working with all ages and helping them achieve their goals. I then began training individuals who had chronic issues and pains, orthopedic, and soldiers alike. It was then that I realized that I got more gratification helping others that I helped myself in the process.

You should choose Muscle Social not just because of the education backed behind our names, but because we truly care about the goal and more so the journey along the way. We do not believe in cookie cutter workouts as they are not one size fits all. Anyone can through you in a group and workout from an app, but we take the time to really understand your goals.

We do provide services online. For more information, please feel free to ask and we will provide you with further details.
