Mr. Shahverdi did an amazing job on designing my house. I had a very odd size lot and he created a design to maximize the amount of the square footage of the lot size yet designing a gorgeous floorplan. He is very kind and easy to work with and listens to you and your needs. One thing that I always tell people is that all the inspectors commended him for how detailed and comprehensive were his plans. MSH did the architectural work for a new home that was constructed in Bel-Air. MSH did exterior and interior architecture and was professional throughout the process.
We were amazed at their attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and continued involvement in the project right through its completion. The design is exactly what we wanted and the project surprised us at how beautiful it is. Everything fits to scale, doors, rooms sizes, bathrooms, closets, cabinets, you name it. The plan has symmetry and people comment not he comfort of the floorpan, the beauty of the arches, and the floor and ceiling design. We loved MSH and highly recommend them to anyone considering a high end residential construction project. Mehran is an artist who transfers his talents to a practical beautiful design.
MSH did architectural renderings and plans for our 25,000 foot home. They also did interior architecture like flooring, arch ways, ceilings and cabinets. They worked with the city to receive permits and worked closely with other consultants like Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Structural Engineering. They were the most knowledgable about city codes such that the plan adhered to restrictions. They checked on the home through the construction process on a weekly basis to inspect adherence to their plans. The plan package we received was over 100 pages of detail that made bidding and constructing the home easy as so much detail was in the plans that our contractor told subs to bid the plans.

We hired Msh Design to design our first home in 2006, and the results were so incredible that, when it came time to design our second home in 2012, I knew where to go, and who to call - Mehran. His greatest trait is his ability to LISTEN to us. He takes the tame to discuss every little detail, especially knowing how important this was to us. Msh Design was a part of the process all the way through to construction. Mehran was frequently at our build sites and in communication with the contractors. We appreciated his company's work, we love our homes, and we look forward to working with Mehran and Msh Design again in the future. More...

Mr. Shahverdi did an amazing job on my house. His plans were very detailed and all the sub contractors
wished that all architects would have plan so complete and detailed.
He was very easy to del with and very accommodating. i would highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

MSH design has provided me with the most unbelievable experience ever. Mehran has designed a 2 story plus basement house for me (aprox 8500 sq.
ft.) and he has by far exceeded my expectations. He has LISTENED and HEARD all of my wants/requests and balanced them out with all of my family needs. The design work has left me speechless after every phase he has brought to the table. Although he has designed a contemporary/modern house for me, i have seen his Tuscan style homes and they are gorgeous as well, Mehran seems like a master of Architecture which enables him to design in any style he's requested. You couldn't ask to be dealing with a more respectful gentleman who is very humble and down to earth! I give him 5 stars, he is a true GEM!

MSH DSEGIN PROVIDED ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF OUR NEW HOUSE IN BEVERLY HILLS.
THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND PROVIDED EXCELLENT DESIGN IDEAS.
THE DRAWING WERE WELL DETAILED AND THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETED ON TIME AND ON BUDGET. THERE WERE NO NEED FOR CHANGE ORDERS .
THE DESIGN IS A VERY AUTHENTIC TUSCAN VILLA. WE HAVE RECOMMENDED MSH DESGIN TO OUR FRIENDS AMD FAMILY.
