Brenda was fabulous! I felt like she truly cared about giving my kitties the best care, as if they were hers. She was meticulous with her note taking upon her first visit to meet them, which I appreciated. She communicated well throughout the entire process. I asked for some pictures when I was on vacation and she sent me some right away, upon her next visit. To my surprise, when I returned home she had left pages of notes about her visits so I could be aware of anything going on.
