Joanna is an amazing trainer. I've tried group classes all over the Bay Area and now the greater Denver area, and she's by far the very best. Her attention to form and areas of weakness that need strengthening are what I love most about her small group classes. Her knowledge of the body is truly impressive, and her endless, memorized catalog of movements and modifications keeps every class fresh and challenging, but also fun! I've learned so much, and while I thought I hit my physical peak over a decade ago, my body is now so much stronger. I live almost 30 minutes away, but her classes are well worth the drive. The childcare helpers are also really wonderful; I've rarely felt so comfortable leaving my kids with anyone else! More...
