I was tested and got two hearing aids on June 27th. The aids worked well the day they were in, but the next day they squealed and I was not able to wear them. I called the next day to see if I could get in to have them checked, but was unable to get in to see Rick until 7/3. Rick was able to reprogram the hearing aids and they scheduled me for a follow up check today. The aids needed to be adjusted again and I will come back in 4 months. I have been working with Rick Moore in the Waynesville office and would like to send a message out to all your members. He set me up the a set of hearing aids 3 months ago and I; m extremely happy with the service that has been given to me. The hearing aids have work great and the attention in the office has been wonderful. I have tried to deal with other hearing companies in the past but to no avail. I just had my 3 month checkup this morning and I,m very happy with the results. I did have a question about the way my hearing is progressing and Rick was able to answer my question very easily. The question was about my hearing seems to have improved since I got my hearing aids. I had noticed that some of my hearing has improved with out them in. And I was wondering if they could be retraining my brain with different impulses to retrain different parts to make up the added clarity. He answered my question about some of the new research that has been coming in and I am very pleased with the information that he gave me .
