The service rep was not informative. Did not confirm that the work I requested on my car was all that I needed. Did not let me know an approximation of my wait time. I had forgotten a coupon that was mailed to me and asked about whether it was in the system. I was not answered. When I checked out I asked again and was told that it wasn’t in the system but that they would discount my bill. After I paid the rep told me that the discount wasn’t applied and that there was nothing he could do about it. I had to ask about whether anything was found when my car was checked out. In the past service reps were very informative and helpful. Today’s experience made me feel like I was being treated differently because I was a woman. I have never had this experience here before. Absolutely do not recommend. Went there for service for an oil change and tire rotation. They left the lug nuts loose on my tire, I could’ve gotten into a severe accident, and I was stranded on the side of the road. A technician had to come and tighten my lug nuts, and when he came to do it, he laughed it off and said “don’t worry, this happens all the time.” Happens all the time? Are you kidding me? The most absurd thing I’ve ever heard. They completely laughed off the situation and did nothing to make up for it. DO NOT come here for your service. They don’t take your safety seriously. More...
