What’s your signature dish?
I have so many signature dishes to different clients. Being a caterer I take my clients ideas, memories and culture to create their own signature dish. If i had to choose my signature stle it would be my Italian and Cuban home cooking. It brings so many memories to life from my childhood.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I take my clients words and create a specialized menu to fit their needs and the occasion. I believe I am in the memory making business. Its more than just food, its bringing people together and creating a lasting memory.
What do you love most about your job?
Watching people love my food is one of the most gratifying aspects of my job. To bring people back to their childhoods with a dish I recreated from their words is what I cherish dearly.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being a single mother I wanted to show my son that anything was possible when you work hard and love what you do. Having a passion and pursuing your dreams is more enjoyable when its on your own terms. I started my business in New York City 10 years ago. After the toll 2020 took on my business I decided it was time for a change. I am rebuilding here in Austin,Texas and I am excited for the future.

My attention to detail and vast knowledge of worldly cuisines sets me apart from the rest. Every menu is customized to each client without a standard menu. I attend each full service event to make sure everything is running smoothly. I believe I have a New York City edge with southern hospitality. I always put the client first.

We offer full service, drop off and drop-set to fit each of our clients budgets and needs.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Proper health screening of all employees. Strict sanitary guidlines in our kitchen.
Full Service Event Catering
Provide full staffing for set up, serving and cleaning. We can handle any rental needs you may have as well.
Drop Off Catering
Food will be delivered with instructions on how to reheat and serve. (No staff)
Drop and Set
Food will be delivered and set up for you whether it be on platters or warmed in chaffers. We set up and leave.
Corporate Event Planning and Catering
Whether it be your annual holiday party or market basket team building exercise we have you covered. With people getting back to the office and out of their day pajamas, they deserve a treat.
Corpoate Lunch
Daily menus for catered office meals. Individual, plated and family style available.
Private Chef
Perfect for small intomate groups at home. Your meals will be prepared and served by me personally.
