I stumbled across Moritzen Family Pet Sitting when I was desperately in search of a replacement walker. I have two small dogs. One is a blind rescue who has anxiety. He can be difficult to work with due to his fear of not recognizing people and not being able to see them. He bit our last walker because she startled him and as a result the company dropped us. I was in a panic and didn't want my pup branded as an "aggressive dog". I was honest with the Moritzen's about the situation and they assured me they would work with my pup's behaviors. We had a meet and greet prior to our walker starting. Laura is amazing. I have had 3 walkers prior to her. None have left me feeling as relieved as she has. As soon as I met her and saw how she interacted with my pups I knew she was perfect for us. There have been times when she just wants to spend extra time loving my puppies and that means the world to me. Over the holidays I had financial issues and I got behind on payments. They worked with me and were very gracious. I caught up very quickly and they are flexible if I have to pay sooner or later. There have been many times I have needed a last minute walk due to a crazy work schedule and they have helped every time I have needed them. Our experience has been amazing.
