Morgan’s Loving Pet Care- MLPC

It's been a year now, and I think it's time to review. I thought I would get past it, but it breaks my heart every time I think about how my cats suffered and how miserable they were.

I really reconsidered over and over again for a year if I should write this review. After a year and my heart breaking for my cats every time I remember what happened, I decided I needed to write this, even if it's to warn other pet parents.

It's tough for me to even write this as it brings back horrible memories as I trusted her completely and never ever thought this would happen.

Morgan took care of my three cats for three weeks while I went on vacation and stayed at my apartment.

Here is what happened:

1. I feed my three cats canned food three times a can and a can each time. I specifically counted out how many cans I needed for three weeks, and when I came back, only 21 cans were used. That means they were fed ONE can, ONCE a day. That's not enough. Also, when she fed them wet food, she didn't clean out the bowl. She just dumped the new food on top of the old food that dried up in the bowl.

2. I left out a suitcase in my room with my clothes inside in case my cats miss me. When I came back, the suitcase was full of excrement. I don't know how long it had been there. I didn't have a chance to take a picture because of how disgusted I was and immediately threw the entire thing away (after a 16-hour flight).

3. The water fountain was full of gunk - she hadn't cleaned it in three weeks. That means not only was she not feeding my cats canned food and only dry food, my cats had been drinking from the brown, gunky water, which means they had been dehydrated for at least a week, if not longer.

4. The Litter Robot was overflowing. She didn't even have to scoop the litter every day.

5. When I brought this up to her upset and almost in tears, she blocked me on her phone.

Not only that, when she came to meet the cats, she jokingly laughed about how many traffic tickets she has and that it was never her fault, always other people. That should have been a giant, red flag.

To add insult to injury, she slept on my bed (she said she wouldn't and I would have purchased new sheets for her if she did) and noticed my tub faucet was broken.

After a 16-hour flight, I came home to this at 11pm and cleaned, heartbroken and in tears, until 3 am. It was my birthday, so my sisters gifted me a full housecleaning service, instead of like a present or something, like people usually receive.

Now I can rest in peace and I hope this is a warning to other pet parents. Please be extremely careful who you trust to look after your babies. It's better to read reviews on Rover, Wag, or Meowtel than to go with a private company. I learned my lesson the hard way.

She took care of my cats like she was taking care of goldfish. Worst, most heartbreaking experience of my life as these are my children.

UPDATE
What Morgan said was not even remotely true. She did not provide a 50% refund. My husband can prove it and my receipts can prove that Morgan did not refund me 50%. There was absolutely no cleaning - please see the pictures attached.

I have absolutely no reason to randomly write a review this specific if she did a great job, which she DID NOT. Everything in my review states a fact, not an opinion. These facts are all true based on my experience.

One other thing, so now you also offer cleaning services for your clients? Well, I had no idea, because I had to pay out of pocket for MY OWN cleaners $250 to come in and clean after you left the place. More...

Morgan is amazing. I had to go out of town last minute and this was my first time leaving my dog. I have to say Morgan put me at ease knowing my dog would be taken care of in my own home. It was short of amazing. She sent updates and pictures, my dog couldn’t of been more happier. Morgan is absolutely great at what she does. I highly recommend her!!!!! More...

Morgan is absolutely amazing! All of my animals just love her and she cares for them so well! I love her picture and video updates during her visits. Highly recommended!

Morgan took care of my 3 pups for a week. She stayed at our home and was amazing during the time we were on vacation, she send me pictures all the time and kept me updated, I didn’t even need to write her or call to find out how the pups were doing, because I had updates and pictures throw out the day. She also inform me every time she left the house and got back. I recommend her to anyone that wants someone to take care of their pets, I was so happy with her service. Thank you Morgan she will definitely be our pet sitter anytime we need to travel, I trust her truthfully. More...

Morgan boarded our dog Gidget while we were gone for Spring Break. She was absolutely amazing! She sent us photos and videos and had excellent communication skills. We can't recommend her enough!!!
